Methidhittu lemon saaru(methkootu saaru)


2 tbsp methidhittu

2 glass water

1/2 lemon juice
1tsp sugar
salt to taste
Pepper lil bit
cilantro for garnishing
Mix methidhittu with water. Add lemon juice,sugar and salt. Boil well for 5-8 minute. Add crushed pepper. Give vaggarane on top and garnish with cilantro. Close the lid. This goes well with hot rice.
